Who we are

This website is operated by DIFFA, a modest fashion brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Company and licensing details are listed on our About page and in the footer of every page.

Orders

• Placing an order through this site is an offer to purchase, not a completed contract.
• An order is confirmed only once we accept it and confirm it to you directly.
• We may decline an order — for example if a piece is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.
• Retail prices shown are per piece. Wholesale pricing is quoted individually on request.

Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a price is wrong on an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding rather than silently charging a different amount.

Product descriptions and images

We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and because every piece is beaded by hand, small variations between individual garments are normal. These variations are a characteristic of handwork and are not defects.

Exchanges

Our exchange terms are set out in full on the Exchanges page and form part of these terms. Faulty or incorrect items are always refunded or replaced, in line with UAE consumer protection law.

Wholesale

Wholesale orders are subject to separate terms agreed in writing at the time of order, including minimum quantities, lead times and payment terms. Where wholesale terms conflict with these general terms, the wholesale terms apply.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text and branding on this site belong to DIFFA. You may not reproduce them commercially, or use our product photography to sell goods, without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods as described and of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit or missed occasions, beyond the value of the order itself. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
