Shipping is calculated in your cart before you place the order. Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from the moment you order.
Dispatch and lead times
Pieces held in stock are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Because our work is hand-finished, some pieces are made to order — if that applies to your order, we confirm the production time with you before proceeding. We would rather tell you an honest date than a comfortable one.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale shipping is quoted separately, since cost depends on volume, weight and destination. We confirm the shipping cost together with your wholesale quote, before anything is dispatched.
Customs and duties
Tracking
We send a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within three working days of your confirmation, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase it.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be resent, but the second shipping charge is payable by the customer.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and contact us at info@diffa-dubai.com the same day. Transit damage is our problem to solve, not yours.
